In 1965, Frederick C Matthaei. Sr., an alumnus and Regent of the University of Michigan, donated the property that is now Radrick Farms Golf Course for the benefit of the University community. In the spirit of this original intent, alumni, current and retired Faculty and Staff, and select donors to the University are eligible to join Radrick Farms as Season Pass Holders. Season Pass Holders enjoy unlimited greens fees for the golf season, as well as certain booking privileges.
Furthermore, significant others of eligible pass holders may purchase an additional individual season-pass for the same price. Season-pass holders with children under the age of 22 may purchase a reduced price season-pass for them. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by the eligible Season Pass Holder. Currently, there is a waitlist to purchase season passes. See below for details and to apply to join the waitlist online.
Full-time employees are permitted to play on a daily fee basis. Tee times can be made one week in advance. An employee may bring up to three guests at a time. Pictured employment identification (M-Card) must be presented at registration. Faculty and Staff members of the University are eligible to use the driving range prior to their round with the purchase of greens fees. They may purchase a season pass for the driving range for $500 to access the practice facilities at any time.
Retirees have the same privileges as those listed above. Pictured identification is required and can be obtained by contacting the benefits office.
To be eligible for a season pass, one must work for, be retired from, or be a degree holding candidate from the University of Michigan. Separate lists are maintained for these categories. Each spring, individuals on the waitlist are contacted based on the number of current season-pass holders who choose not to renew their membership.
The wait for Season Passes are dependent upon attrition. If you are not eligible, and/or are interested in accessing the course immediately, you can become a member of the Matthaei Club. See below for more detail.
There is an administration fee of $50 to join the Faculty/Staff or Alumni wait list. The fee will be applied to the individual's initial season pass dues. You may fill out the waitlist application online and mail a check to the course made out to the University of Michigan. Alternately, you may sign up in the golf shop and pay with cash, credit, or check.

An individual may become a member of the season-long Matthaei Club by donating a minimum of $600. Matthaei Club affiliates pay full greens fees, may make a tee time 10 days in advance, and may bring up to three guests at a time. Donation payment can be made in the golf shop, or mailed in with a completed online application form.
